ICG’s leadership team is composed of a diverse group of seasoned professionals. Our president, Nick Weber, is a Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He has experience working across four continents and with over 100 companies.

Nick has been with the team since 2010. He joined forces with Jeff Bronson to take the precursor to ICG, a company called IBC, and form ICG. ICG has grown into a manufacturing performance and technology company. And it is now the largest Fourth Shift Consultancy in the world.

Nick is a graduate of University of Colorado (Boulder). He also has a master’s degree focused in Business – IT from University of Phoenix. He started his career as a machinist and helped develop software that works with Fourth Shift. Fourth Shift later bought that company and Nick has now been in the manufacturing world for nearly 25 years.

In his capacity at ICG, he manages projects and consultants in addition to overseeing the strategic direction of ICG with the rest of the leadership team. Nick values the entrepreneurial spirit of ICG, noting that “we will always find resources, even if we can’t provide or don’t have.”

Nick brings tremendous value to ICG, with expertise in professional services, software as a service (SaaS), business intelligence, business development, and business process improvement.

Fun fact:  Nick is an Instrument Rated private pilot. Although he flies a lot for business, he does not have much time for fun flying.
