Understand how to get the most out of MFGStream Data Collection and Process Automation using a hands-on process and real-world exercises to design, script, and deliver MFGStream solutions to best fit your needs. This course will also include MFGStream Developer Training to supplement thorough understanding of the product.

Product Costing Variance Analysis  |  Training

This course thoroughly explains the Cost Roll process and how to calculate costs by exploring every possible manufacturing transaction that impacts cost or inventory. Understand the setup of new items, Bill of Material product structures, and the key fields affecting cost. Learn the ideal sequence for each type of order (Customer, Purchase, and Manufacturing) and track all transactional activity to the General Ledger. Understanding variances created by the Order Variance Analysis (OVAR) process once an order is completed and closed will be a significant focus topic. Includes hands-on exercises.
