Meet Ryan Byrd, Account Executive of IT and Solution Sales

This month, ICG welcomed a new member to the IT team—Ryan Byrd, Account Executive for IT and solution sales. Help us give Ryan a warm welcome, and learn more about our newest team member below.Profile Pic PNGRyan has always been intrigued by the problems that technology can solve, and quickly developed a passion for it. Launching his technical career the day after he graduated high school, Ryan worked for four years within the support side of IT before transitioning into his current role of sales. This perspective now allows him to best serve clients, and understand their problems from a technical standpoint.

After only spending one month at ICG, Ryan already loves it at ICG, especially the team’s continuous focus on growth and success. “We focus on doing things the right way,” said Ryan on what makes ICG different than other companies. “We are always delivering what is best for the client.” Ryan most enjoys working with his team and clients to solve problems and deliver a top-of-the-line solution.

Outside of work, you can find Ryan cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers, exploring unique restaurants and breweries around Knoxville, or camping out by the lakeside in the summer.
