PLATINUM

  • 24×7 automated SQL server and Windows monitoring with alerts to your IT team
  • Nightly process monitoring with response to any issues by 7am EST
  • Unlimited access to our full support helpdesk from 7am – 6pm EST
  • Discounted rates on any IT or ERP consulting outside the scope of the contract
  • 2 Day ERP or Reporting Training per year

GOLD

  • Support all components including server support, SQL, ERP, EDI, SSRS and Crystal Reports
  • 24-hour automated SQL server and Windows monitoring Monday – Friday with alerts to your IT team
  • Nightly process monitoring with response to any issues by 7am EST
  • Access to our full support helpdesk from 7am – 6pm Monday-Friday
  • Standard rates for IT or ERP consulting outside the scope of the contract apply
  • 1 Day ERP or Reporting Training per year

SILVER

  • Support all components including server support, SQL, ERP, EDI, SSRS and Crystal Reports
  • 24-hour automated SQL server and Windows monitoring Monday-Friday with alerts to your IT team
  • Nightly process monitoring with response to any issues by 7am EST
  • Limited helpdesk server support for technical questions from 7am – 5pm EST Monday – Friday
  • Standard rates for IT or ERP consulting outside the scope of the contract apply
