Jeff has over 30 years of experience directing business application implementations and overseeing IT organizations. He helped create ICG’s vision and now leads our team of seasoned solutions architects, who bring a wide diversity of industry experience.

Nick Weber

President

Nick’s experience spans more than four continents and 100 companies, with expertise in Professional Services, Software as a Service (SaaS), Business Intelligence, Business Development, and Business Process Improvement. Nick is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Jerry is responsible for all company technology and technological resources, as well as establishing ICG's technology vision, strategies, and plans for growth. He is a US Navy Veteran with decades of experience in corporate IT.

Our History

In 2004, Jeff Bronson founded the precursor to ICG, a company called IBC, focusing resources on providing IT Services to help organizations improve overall business performance while specializing in Fourth Shift ERP and Epicor ERP sales and implementations. These services were well received, and in late 2010, Nick Weber joined forces with Jeff Bronson to form ICG, introducing his expertise in providing Manufacturing ERP and shop floor solutions to clients. Over the years, ICG has evolved along with our client’s needs – developing new technologies to provide a more robust and versatile solution, enabling clients to run their entire business within one system efficiently and cut costs.

ICG has grown to be the exclusive Fourth Shift Authorized Partner and largest Fourth Shift Consultancy worldwide for over 11 consecutive years. ICG is unique in providing IT Solutions and ERP Solutions, and we become an extension as a business partner to bridge the gap between the techies and apps groups. We employ more than 35 folks and have consultants in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Our senior leadership team has over 100 years of combined experience delivering more than 3000 technology solutions to date. ICG continues to expand its growing business and offer professional services to customers like you.
