Welcome to Aaron Brockman! In his role as Project Manager, he will work closely with the rest of the project team to support the success of all client projects.

Aaron has a well-rounded professional background, with experience in insurance property claims process (including residential and large loss). He has a degree in business management. And he has spent the past 6 years in a project management solutions-driven role.

He joins a well-run project management group at ICG that offers the following differentiators:

On-shore resources that are accessible, able to travel, and time-zone compatible.
Strong communication and well-defined processes. This means that all ICG staff are aware of what requires escalation, how that works, who the stakeholders are, and their role in the process.

Aaron is based in Knoxville, Tennessee and is very involved in the local community. He currently heads up the leadership board for the local championship high school marching band. He has also spent the past decade volunteering for the local veteran program, HonorAir Knoxville.

Fun fact: In his spare time, Aaron enjoys going on motorcycle rides throughout the southern United States.
