ICG welcomes Justin Apsley as our new Director of Operations. Justin is an IT professional with 20+ years of experience in customer-facing roles. He has worked in a variety of roles, ranging from Customer Success Manager, to Account Manager, to Delivery Manager, to People Manager, to Project Manager, to Technical Consultant, to Technical Trainer, to Company Owner, to Help Desktop Manager, to Commercial Content Developer and more.

His technical experience gives him an edge in understanding customer environments and gaining trust with their complex situations. His technical training experience gives him know-how in presenting content towards audiences large and small, and from all subject matter areas. And his leadership experience gives him expertise in mentoring and fostering trust across teams collaboratively in relation to the support and fulfillment of internal and customer projects.

Justin is a highly motivated, energetic and detailed project manager, focused on company evangelism opportunities with each customer interaction. He will serve as a strong partner to ICG and a strong advocate to our customers. 

Justin is excited to join the ICG team and expand the presence of ICG throughout the country. He is local to Tennessee, where he lives with his wife and two daughters. We’re excited for our customers to get to know Justin!

Fun fact: Justin is an amateur hot-rodder, avid Lego builder, coin collector, and Halo gamer.
