ICG is delighted to welcome Len Ashley to the role of Director of Operations. In this capacity, Len will lead the Visual ERP team, as well as head the NOC and Managed Services group.

Len has an enormous depth of experience in manufacturing technology. He brings 20+ years of experience in Visual ERP products and Infor Quality Management (IQM). He has worked across a diversity of industries, including Aerospace and Defense, Semi-Conductor Capital Equipment, and Computer and Software.

His broad skill set will bolster ICG in the following areas: Business Intelligence, Business Process Improvement, Project Management, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, and Technology and Software Implementation.

Len studied Industrial Technology/Electrical Engineering Technology at San Jose State University. He served in the US Navy for 9 years and continued in the Naval Reserve after his active duty. Following his service, he held various IT roles at Silicon Valley tech companies, before eventually spending 20+ years at Infor.

Len is an experienced customer success manager/consultant/engineer/solution architect whose decades of experience will bolster the work of ICG, particularly in the areas of Visual ERP and Managed Services. This skillset dovetails nicely with ICG’s goals of expanding those two offerings.

After a brief retirement, Len found he missed being able to affect positive change through technology into manufacturing organizations. He believes his role at ICG will help businesses increase throughput and profitability. excitement of advancing manufacturing technology. Len says, he is looking forward to being able to affect positive change.

Fun fact: Len is a classic car enthusiast just like ICG CEO Jeff Bronson! Len enjoys restoring and showing Pontiacs.
