We are so excited to welcome seasoned Project Manager, Pam Masser, to the ICG team!

Pam will serve in a project management role for ICG’s varied customer base and project types. Pam has nearly 30 years of experience in both IT and ERP project management for a broad spectrum of industries. She has managed complex projects through full product life cycle, working collaboratively with a team, prioritizing and managing multiple tasks, and building credibility with clients.

Pam’s vast experience enables her to be a mentor to those more junior than she. It’s important for Pam to work for a business that so highly values impeccable and frictionless project delivery. According to Pam, project caliber is the key differentiator between ICG and other similar businesses.

Fun fact:  Pam enjoys spending time spent outdoors with her dog, Loki, exploring walking trails on mountains and around lakes.  She also likes to be adventurous, and has ziplined at Hunter Mountain, which has the highest, fastest, and longest zipline canopy tour in North America and the second largest zipline in the world.
