ICG welcomes Paula DeLuca as the Director of Project Management. In this capacity, Paula will ensure the accuracy of all client projects.

Paula has an extensive background in manufacturing technology. She received her master’s in Business Management and has spent the past 30 years working in manufacturing. She’s worked across a diversity of industries, including Medical Device, Aerospace, Security & Defense, Automotive, and Electronics.

Her broad skillset includes expertise in materials, inventory, planning & scheduling, logistics, supply chain, customer service & support management. And, expertise in lean manufacturing, Kanban, Toyota Daily Kata, ERP/MRP Implementation, ISO9001, and AS9100.

In addition, Paula is Certified in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS/ASCM. And she is the past president of the Buffalo chapter of APICS.

Paula’s decades of on-the-ground experience working for manufacturers of all types will be a huge asset to the project management team. She has a wealth of practical knowledge gained from implementing projects of all sizes and scopes throughout the years.

Paula is excited to join the ICG team and expand the presence of ICG throughout the Southeast. She is based in Florida but will support projects nationally. She will also mentor and grow more junior folks on the project team. We’re excited for our customers to partner with Paula!

Fun fact: In her spare time, Paula likes to kayak, travel, and spend time at the beach.
