ICG, along with the manufacturing sector, continues to grow and expand our services. ICG recently added two new employees to our team and we would like to take this opportunity to introduce them to you.

Meet Deron Huff
Deron joins ICG as our Business Development Professional. He is a skilled relationship builder and has worked for nearly 10 years in sales technology. He prides himself on building loyalty and long-term relationships with his customers.

Deron grew up in the Northeast, and lives in Rochester, NH with his wife, three kids, and two dogs. When he’s not working, Deron enjoys swimming and hiking with his family. He is also very involved in his church.

Meet Kaleb McGuire
Kaleb McGuire is the newest member of the ICG Technology Sales Team. Kaleb spent 3 years at Infor, where he partnered with industrial manufacturing customers who used both on-premise and cloud-based ERPs. In addition to a sales portfolio, he worked with key executives to improve business processes.

Kaleb is a native of the Twin Cities area. He enjoys volunteering with local nonprofits and spending time with his wife. They are currently in the market to purchase their first home and add a couple of dogs to their family.
