Unplanned downtime is a four-letter word to manufacturers, leading to operational disorder and unexpected expenses. Even a single minute of downtime can lead to substantial financial losses, affecting both productivity and the overall well-being of the business. That's why manufacturers must take preventative measures to ensure unplanned outages don't occur to begin with. Let’s delve into some of the most commonly overlooked causes of downtime and discuss how to effectively address these challenges. |
Are you Safe?Downtime is more than just a halt in production—it triggers a ripple effect of costs that can significantly impact your bottom line and even compromise sensitive proprietary information. One of the most common yet overlooked causes of downtime is IT platform neglect and failure to address cybersecurity vulnerabilities. Since your business relies heavily on its IT infrastructure, any disruption can bring everything else to a standstill. Your IT systems, including your ERP and cybersecurity measures, aren't "set and forget" solutions—they require ongoing maintenance and monitoring to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations.

The default mask determines which fields are to be cleared or duplicated and where the cursor is to be placed during times of recurring transaction entry on the same screen.
