In 2004, Jeff Bronson founded the precursor to ICG, a company called IBC, specializing in Fourth Shift and IT. In 2010, Nick Weber joined forces with Jeff Bronson to form ICG, a technology firm with expertise in manufacturing and banking. ICG has grown to be the exclusive Fourth Shift Authorized Partner and largest Fourth Shift Consultancy in the world for seven years in a row. ICG has a team of over 35 employees and consultants in the United States and Canada, and a senior leadership team with over 100 years of combined experience.
