A typical BSR (Business Systems Review) takes about three days on-site, though it can be longer depending on the complexity of your challenges. During this time, we meet with your management team, observe key processes, and gather insights through detailed discussions. Afterward, we consult with our team to develop tailored recommendations, which we present to your management team within two to three weeks. Our recommendations include estimated timelines and costs, giving you a clear action plan to move forward.

What options are available for data collection that work with my ERP system?

It will cover a wide range of KPIs for manufacturing, finance, procurement, and customer management, with the flexibility to customize and extend based on your business’s specific needs.
